चिड़िया और शैतान आदमी की कहानी  

आखिरी प्रयास

एक समय की बात है। एक राज्य में एक प्रतापी राजा राज करता था। एक दिन उसके दरबार में एक विदेशी आगंतुक आया और उसने राजा को एक सुंदर पत्थर उपहार में दिया। राजा वह पत्थर देख बहुत प्रसन्न हुआ। उसने उस पत्थर से भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा का निर्माण कर उसे राज्य के मंदिर में स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया और प्रतिमा निर्माण का कार्य राज्य के महामंत्री को सौंप दिया।

महामंत्री गाँव के सर्वश्रेष्ठ मूर्तिकार के पास गया और उसे वह पत्थर देते हुए बोला, “महाराज मंदिर में भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा स्थापित करना चाहते हैं। सात दिवस के भीतर इस पत्थर से भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा तैयार कर राजमहल पहुँचा देना। इसके लिए तुम्हें 50 स्वर्ण मुद्रायें दी जायेंगी।” 50 स्वर्ण मुद्राओं की बात सुनकर मूर्तिकार ख़ुश हो गया और महामंत्री के जाने के उपरांत प्रतिमा का निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करने के उद्देश्य से अपने औज़ार निकाल लिए। अपने औज़ारों में से उसने एक हथौड़ा लिया और पत्थर तोड़ने के लिए उस पर हथौड़े से वार करने लगा। किंतु पत्थर जस का तस रहा। मूर्तिकार ने हथौड़े के कई वार पत्थर पर किये, किंतु पत्थर नहीं टूटा।

पचास बार प्रयास करने के उपरांत मूर्तिकार ने अंतिम बार प्रयास करने के उद्देश्य से हथौड़ा उठाया, किंतु यह सोचकर हथौड़े पर प्रहार करने के पूर्व ही उसने हाथ खींच लिया कि जब पचास बार वार करने से पत्थर नहीं टूटा, तो अब क्या टूटेगा। वह पत्थर लेकर वापस महामंत्री के पास गया और उसे यह कह वापस कर आया कि इस पत्थर को तोड़ना नामुमकिन है। इसलिए इससे भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा नहीं बन सकती। महामंत्री को राजा का आदेश हर स्थिति में पूर्ण करना था। इसलिए उसने भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा निर्मित करने का कार्य गाँव के एक साधारण से मूर्तिकार को सौंप दिया। पत्थर लेकर मूर्तिकार ने महामंत्री के सामने ही उस पर हथौड़े से प्रहार किया और वह पत्थर एक बार में ही टूट गया। पत्थर टूटने के बाद मूर्तिकार प्रतिमा बनाने में जुट गया। इधर महामंत्री सोचने लगा कि काश, पहले मूर्तिकार ने एक अंतिम प्रयास और किया होता, तो सफ़ल हो गया होता और 50 स्वर्ण मुद्राओं का हक़दार बनता।

सीख
मित्रों, हम भी अपने जीवन में ऐसी परिस्थितियों से दो-चार होते रहते हैं। कई बार किसी कार्य को करने के पूर्व या किसी समस्या के सामने आने पर उसका निराकरण करने के पूर्व ही हमारा आत्मविश्वास डगमगा जाता है और हम प्रयास किये बिना ही हार मान लेते हैं। कई बार हम एक-दो प्रयास में असफलता मिलने पर आगे प्रयास करना छोड़ देते हैं। जबकि हो सकता है कि कुछ प्रयास और करने पर कार्य पूर्ण हो जाता या समस्या का समाधान हो जाता। यदि जीवन में सफलता प्राप्त करनी है, तो बार-बार असफ़ल होने पर भी तब तक प्रयास करना नहीं छोड़ना चाहिये, जब तक सफ़लता नहीं मिल जाती। क्या पता, जिस प्रयास को करने के पूर्व हम हाथ खींच ले, वही हमारा अंतिम प्रयास हो और उसमें हमें कामयाबी प्राप्त हो जाये।

Last Attempt

Once upon a time. A glorious king ruled a kingdom. One day a foreign invader came to his court and gifted a beautiful stone to the king. The king found the stone very attractive. He decided to make the statue of Lord Vishnu from that stone and install it in the temple of the state and established the work of making the statue in the temples of the state.

Basti went to the best sculptor in the village and said to the stone, “The Maharaja wants to install the idol of Lord Vishnu in the temple.” Prepare the idol of Lord Vishnu from this stone and send it to the palace within seven days. 50 gold coins will be given for this. The sculptors became happy after seeing the 50 gold coins and removed their tools to begin the construction work of the statue. He took a hammer from his tools and started hitting the stone to break it. The fodder stone remains as it is. The sculptor worked on many of the hammer's battle stones, not digging up the other stones.

After repeated attempts, the sculptor picked up the hammer to make one last attempt; Baisakhi withdrew his hand before hitting the hammer with the proposal that if the stone could not be broken by repeated blows, what would break it now? He passed by him carrying a stone and said that it was impossible to break this stone. Therefore the statue of Lord Vishnu cannot be made. The youth had to fulfill the king's orders in every situation. Therefore, he again gave the task of making the idol of Lord Vishnu to an ordinary sculptor of the village. The sculptor carrying the stone hit it with a hammer and the stone broke once. After breaking the stone the sculptor was destroyed while making the statue. The argument here was that if only the first sculptor had made one last attempt, he would have succeeded and been entitled to 50 gold coins.

Friends, we also have two or four such situations in our life. Many times, before doing any work or facing any problem, our goal wavers and we try to give up without doing it. Many times, we give up further efforts after meeting unsuccessfully in one or two attempts. While some efforts and work may be completed or the problem may be solved. शिकंजी का स्वाद

एक प्रोफ़ेसर क्लास ले रहे थे। क्लास के सभी छात्र बड़ी ही रूचि से उनके लेक्चर को सुन रहे थे। उनके पूछे गये सवालों के जवाब दे रहे थे। लेकिन उन छात्रों के बीच कक्षा में एक छात्र ऐसा भी था, जो चुपचाप और गुमसुम बैठा हुआ था। प्रोफ़ेसर ने पहले ही दिन उस छात्र को नोटिस कर लिया, लेकिन कुछ नहीं बोले। लेकिन जब 4 – 5 दिन तक ऐसा ही चला, तो उन्होंने उस छात्र को क्लास के बाद अपने केबिन में बुलवाया और पूछा, “तुम हर समय उदास रहते हो। क्लास में अकेले और चुपचाप बैठे रहते हो। लेक्चर पर भी ध्यान नहीं देते। क्या बात है? कुछ परेशानी है क्या?”

“सर, वो…..” छात्र कुछ हिचकिचाते हुए बोला, “….मेरे अतीत में कुछ ऐसा हुआ है, जिसकी वजह से मैं परेशान रहता हूँ। समझ नहीं आता क्या करूं?” प्रोफ़ेसर भले व्यक्ति थे। उन्होंने उस छात्र को शाम को अपने घर पर बुलवाया। शाम को जब छात्र प्रोफ़ेसर के घर पहुँचा, तो प्रोफ़ेसर ने उसे अंदर बुलाकर बैठाया। फिर स्वयं किचन में चले गये और शिकंजी बनाने लगे। उन्होंने जानबूझकर शिकंजी में ज्यादा नमक डाल दिया।

फिर किचन से बाहर आकर शिकंजी का गिलास छात्र को देकर कहा, “ये लो, शिकंजी पियो। ”छात्र ने गिलास हाथ में लेकर जैसे ही एक घूंट लिया, अधिक नमक के स्वाद के कारण उसका मुँह अजीब सा बन गया। यह देख प्रोफ़ेसर ने पूछा, “क्या हुआ? शिकंजी पसंद नहीं आई?” “नहीं सर, ऐसी बात नहीं है। बस शिकंजी में नमक थोड़ा ज्यादा है। ” छात्र बोला। “अरे, अब तो ये बेकार हो गया। लाओ गिलास मुझे दो। मैं इसे फेंक देता हूँ। ” प्रोफ़ेसर ने छात्र से गिलास लेने के लिए अपना हाथ बढ़ाया। लेकिन छात्र ने मना करते हुए कहा, “नहीं सर, बस नमक ही तो ज्यादा है। थोड़ी चीनी और मिलायेंगे, तो स्वाद ठीक हो जायेगा।” यह बात सुन प्रोफ़ेसर गंभीर हो गए और बोले, “सही कहा तुमने। अब इसे समझ भी जाओ। ये शिकंजी तुम्हारी जिंदगी है। इसमें घुला अधिक नमक तुम्हारे अतीत के बुरे अनुभव हैं। जैसे नमक को शिकंजी से बाहर नहीं निकाल सकते, वैसे ही उन बुरे अनुभवों को भी जीवन से अलग नहीं कर सकते। वे बुरे अनुभव भी जीवन का हिस्सा ही हैं. लेकिन जिस तरह हम चीनी घोलकर शिकंजी का स्वाद बदल सकते हैं, वैसे ही बुरे अनुभवों को भूलने के लिए जीवन में मिठास तो घोलनी पड़ेगी ना. इसलिए मैं चाहता हूँ कि तुम अब अपने जीवन में मिठास घोलो।” प्रोफ़ेसर की बात छात्र समझ गया और उसने निश्चय किया कि अब वह बीती बातों से परेशान नहीं होगा।

सीख
जीवन में अक्सर हम अतीत की बुरी यादों और अनुभवों को याद कर दु:खी होते रहते हैं। इस तरह हम अपने वर्तमान पर ध्यान नहीं दे पाते और कहीं न कहीं अपना भविष्य बिगाड़ लेते हैं। जो हो चुका, उसे सुधारा नहीं जा सकता। लेकिन कम से कम उसे भुलाया तो जा सकता है और उन्हें भुलाने के लिए नई मीठी यादें हमें आज बनानी होंगी। जीवन में मीठे और ख़ुशनुमा लम्हों को लाइये, तभी तो जीवन में मिठास आयेगी. 

Taste of Shikanji

A professor was taking a class. All the students in the class were listening to his lecture with great interest. Were answered the questions asked by him. But among those students, there was one student in the class who was sitting quietly and silent. The professor took notice of the student on the very first day but did not say anything. But when this continued for 4-5 days, he called the student to his cabin after class and asked, “You are sad all the time. You sit alone and silently in class. Don't even pay attention to the lecture. What is the matter? Is there some problem?”

“Sir, that….” the student said hesitatingly, “…something has happened in my past, due to which I remain troubled. I don't understand what to do?" The professor was a nice person. He called that student to his house in the evening. When the student reached the professor's house in the evening, the professor called him inside and made him sit. Then he went to the kitchen and started making shikanji. He deliberately added more salt to Shikanji.

Then he came out of the kitchen gave a glass of shikanji to the student and said, “Take this, drink shikanji.” As soon as the student took the glass in his hand and took a sip, his mouth became strange due to the taste of excess salt. Seeing this the professor asked, “What happened? Didn’t like Shikanji?” “No sir, it is not like that. There is just a little too much salt in Shikanji. " said the student. “Hey, now it has become useless. Bring me the glass. I throw it away. ” The professor extended his hand to take the glass from the student. But the student refused and said, “No sir, there is just too much salt.” If you add a little more sugar, the taste will improve.” Hearing this, the professor became serious and said, “You are right.” Now understand this also. This screw is your life. The added salt added to this is the bad experiences of your past. Just as salt cannot be taken out of a mortar, similarly those bad experiences cannot be separated from life. Those bad experiences are also a part of life. But just as we can change the taste of shikanji by adding sugar, similarly to forget bad experiences we will have to add sweetness to life. So I want you to add sweetness to your life now.” The student understood what the professor said and decided that now he would not be troubled by the past.

In life, we often feel sad by remembering bad memories and experiences of the past. In this way, we are unable to pay attention to our present and somehow spoil our future. What has happened cannot be rectified. But at least they can be forgotten and to forget them we will have to create new sweet memories today. शार्क और चारा मछलियाँ

अपने शोध के दौरान एक समुद्री जीवविज्ञानी ने पानी से भरे एक बड़े टैंक में शार्क को डाला. कुछ देर बाद उसने उसमें कुछ चारा मछलियाँ डाल दी। चारा मछलियों को देखते ही शार्क तुरंत तैरकर उनकी ओर गई और उन पर हमला कर उन्हें खा लिया। समुद्री जीवविज्ञानी ने कुछ और चारा मछलियाँ  टैंक में डालीं और वे भी तुरंत शार्क का आहार बन गईं। अब समुद्री जीवविज्ञानी ने एक कांच का मजबूत पारदर्शी टुकड़ा उस टैंक के बीचों-बीच डाल दिया। अब टैंक दो भागों में बंट चुका था। एक भाग में शार्क थी। दूसरे भाग में उसने कुछ चारा मछली डाल दीं। विभाजक पारदर्शी कांच से शार्क चारा मछलियों को देख सकती थी। चारा मछलियों के देख शार्क फिर से उन पर हमला करने के लिए उस ओर तैरी। लेकिन कांच के विभाजक टुकड़े से टकरा कर रह गई। उसने फिर से कोशिश की। लेकिन कांच के टुकड़े के कारण वह चारा मछलियों तक नहीं पहुँच सकी।

शार्क ने दर्जनों बार पूरी आक्रामकता के साथ चारा मछलियों पर हमला करने की कोशिश की। लेकिन बीच में कांच का टुकड़ा आ जाने के कारण वह असफल रही. कई दिनों तक शार्क उन कांच के विभाजक के पार जाने का प्रयास करती रही. लेकिन सफल न हो सकी. अंततः थक-हारकर उसने एक दिन हमला करना छोड़ दिया और टैंक के अपने भाग में रहने लगी। कुछ दिनों बाद समुद्री जीवविज्ञानी ने टैंक से वह कांच का विभाजक हटा दिया. लेकिन शार्क ने कभी उन चारा मछलियों पर हमला नहीं किया क्योंकि एक काल्पनिक विभाजक उसके दिमाग में बस चुका था और उसने सोच लिया था कि वह उसे पार नहीं कर सकती।

जीवन में असफ़लता का सामना करते-करते कई बार हम अंदर से टूट जाते हैं और हार मान लेते हैं। हम सोच लेते हैं कि अब चाहे कितनी भी कोशिश कर लें, सफ़लता हासिल करना नामुमकिन है और उसके बाद हम कभी कोशिश ही नहीं करते। जबकि सफ़लता प्राप्ति के लिए अनवरत प्रयास आवश्यक है। परिस्थितियाँ बदलती रहती हैं। इसलिये अतीत की असफ़लता को दिमाग पर हावी न होने दें और पूरी लगन से फिर मेहनत करें। सफलता आपके कदम चूमेगी।

Sharks and Bait Fishes

During his research, a marine biologist put a shark in a large tank filled with water. After some time he put some bait fish in it. As soon as the sharks saw the bait fishes, they immediately swam toward them, attacked them, and ate them. The marine biologist added some more bait fishes to the tank and they also immediately became food for the sharks. Now the marine biologist put a strong transparent piece of glass in the middle of the tank. Now the tank was divided into two parts. There was a shark in one part. In the second part, he put some bait fish. The dividing transparent glass allowed the sharks to see the bait fish. Seeing the bait fish, the shark swam towards them to attack them again. But it collided with the dividing piece of glass. He tried again. But because of the glass fragments, she could not reach the bait fish.

The shark tried to attack the bait fish dozens of times with full aggression. But it failed because a piece of glass came in between. For several days the shark kept trying to cross those glass dividers. But could not succeed. Finally, one day, after getting tired, she stopped attacking and started living in her part of the tank. After a few days, the marine biologist removed the glass separator from the tank. But the shark never attacked those bait fish because an imaginary divider had settled in its mind and it had thought that it could not cross it.

रेगिस्तान में फंसा हुआ आदमी

एक आदमी रेगिस्तान में फंस गया था 
वह मन ही मन अपने आप को बोल रहा था कि यह कितनी अच्छी और सुंदर जगह है
अगर यहां पर पानी होता तो यहां पर कितने अच्छे-अच्छे पेड़ उग रहे होते 
और यहां पर कितने लोग घूमने आना चाहते होंगे
 मतलब ब्लेम कर रहा था
 कि यह होता तो वो होता  और वो होता  तो शायद ऐसा होता 
ऊपरवाला देख रहा था अब उस इंसान ने सोचा यहां पर पानी नहीं दिख रहा है 
उसको थोड़ी देर आगे जाने के बाद उसको एक कुआं दिखाई दिया जो कि
 पानी से लबालब भरा हुआ था काफी देर तक
 विचार-विमर्श करता रहा खुद से

 फिर बाद उसको वहां पर एक रस्सी और बाल्टी  दिखाई दी  इसके बाद कहीं से
एक पर्ची उड़ के आती है जिस पर्ची में लिखा हुआ था कि तुमने कहा था कि
यहां पर पानी का कोई स्त्रोत  नहीं है अब तुम्हारे पास पानी का स्रोत भी है
अगर तुम चाहते हो तो यहां पर पौधे लगा सकते हो
वह चला गया दोस्तों
 तो यह कहानी हमें क्या सिखाती है
यह कहानी हमें यह सिखाती है कि
अगर आप परिस्थितियों को दोष देना चाहते हो कोई दिक्कत नहीं है
 लेकिन आप परिस्थितियों को दोष देते हो कि अगर यहां पर ऐसा  हो और
आपको वह सोर्सेस मिल जाए तो क्या परिस्थिति को बदल सकते हो

कभी हार न मानना

हरीश नाम का एक लड़का था, उसे दौड़ने का बहुत शौक था।
उन्होंने कई मैराथन में हिस्सा लिया था
लेकिन उन्होंने कोई भी दौड़ पूरी नहीं की
एक दिन उसने निश्चय कर लिया कि चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए, वह दौड़ अवश्य पूरी करेगा।
अब दौड़ शुरू होती है

हरीश भी धीरे-धीरे दौड़ने लगा
सभी धावक आगे बढ़ रहे थे
लेकिन अब हरीश थक गया था
वह रुक गया
फिर उसने खुद से कहा कि क्या मैं तब नहीं दौड़ सकता
कम से कम मैं चल तो सकता हूँ
उसने इसे धीरे-धीरे किया
चलने लगा लेकिन वह आगे जरूर बढ़ रहा था
अब वह बहुत थक गया था
और नीचे गिर गया

उसने खुद से कहा
कि चाहे कुछ भी कर ले, आज दौड़ जरूर पूरी करेगा।
वह हठपूर्वक वापस उठ गया
वह लड़खड़ाते हुए आगे बढ़े और अंततः दौड़ पूरी की।
स्वीकार किया कि वह रेस हार गये थे
लेकिन आज उनका विश्वास चरम पर था क्योंकि आज से पहले
   कभी भी दौड़ पूरी नहीं कर पाया
वह जमीन पर पड़ा हुआ था
क्योंकि उनके पैरों की मांसपेशियों में बहुत खिंचाव था
लेकिन आज वह बहुत खुश था
क्योंकि
आज वह हार कर भी जीत गया

Never Give Up

There was a boy named Harish, he was very fond of running.
He had participated in many marathons
But he did not finish any race

और वह चाहता था कि अब वह राज्य के अंदर किसी योग्य बच्चे को गोद ले
ताकि वह उसका उत्तराधिकारी बन सके और आगे की बागडोर को सुचारू रूप से चला सके
और इसी को देखते हुए राजा ने राज्य में घोषणा करवा दी

की सभी बच्चे राजमहल में एकत्रित हो जाये
ऐसा ही हुआ
राजा ने सभी बच्चो को पौधे लगाने के लिए भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार के बीज दिए
और कहा कि अब हम 6 महीने बाद मिलेंगे और देखेंगे कि किसका पौधा सबसे अच्छा होगा

महीना बीत जाने के बाद भी एक बच्चा ऐसा था जिसके गमले में वह बीज अभी तक नही फूटा था
लेकिन वह रोज उसकी देखभाल करता था और रोज पौधे को पानी देता था
देखते ही देखते 3 महीने बीत गए
बच्चा परेशान हो गया

तभी उसकी माँ ने कहा कि बेटा धैर्य रखो कुछ बीजो को फलने में ज्यादा वक्त लगता है
और वह पौधे को सींचता रहा
6 महीने हो गए राजा के पास जाने का समय आ चुका था
लेकिन वह डर हुआ था कि सभी बच्चो के गमलो में तो पौधे होंगे और उसका गमला खाली होगा
लेकिन वह बच्चा ईमानदार था
और सारे बच्चे राजमहल में आ चुके थे

कुछ बच्चे जोश से भरे हुए थे
क्योंकि उनके अंदर राज्य का उत्तराधिकारी बनने की प्रबल लालसा थी
अब राजा ने आदेश दिया सभी बच्चे अपने अपने गमले दिखाने लगे
मगर एक बच्चा सहमा हुआ था क्योंकि उसका गमला खाली था
तभी राजा की नजर उस गमले पर गयी
उसने पूछा तुम्हारा गमला तो खाली है
तो उसने कहा लेकिन मैंने इस गमले की 6 महीने तक देखभाल की है

राजा उसकी ईमानदारी से खुश था कि उसका गमला खाली है फिर भी वह हिम्मत करके यहाँ आ तो गया
सभी बच्चों के गमले देखने के बाद राजा ने उस बच्चे को सभी के सामने बुलाया बच्चा सहम गया
और राजा ने वह गमला सभी को दिखाया
सभी बच्चे जोर से हसने लगे
राजा ने कहा शांत हो जाइये

इतने खुश मत होइए
आप सभी के पास जो पौधे है वो सब बंजर है आप चाहे कितनी भी मेहनत कर ले उनसे कुछ नही निकलेगा
लेकिन असली बीज यही था
राजा उसकी ईमानदारी से बेहद खुश हुआ
और उस बच्चे को राज्य का उत्तराधिकारी बना दिया गया

 Fruit of Honesty

एक व्यापारी और नांव वाला

एक बार एक बहुत बड़ा बिजनेसमैन एक छोटे से गांव में जाता है। उसका मकसद होता है कि उस गांव में एक बड़ी सी फैक्ट्री लगानी है। वह एक ऐसी जगह पर पहुंच जाता है, जहां पर उसके सामने एक नदी होती है और उस नदी के सामने वह गांव होता है।

अब उसके सामने दो रास्ते हैं — पहला यह कि वह सड़क के रास्ते घूम कर उस गांव तक पहुंचे, जिसमें लगभग 10 घंटे लगेंगे क्योंकि वहां तक पहुंचने का कोई डायरेक्ट रास्ता नहीं है। दूसरा रास्ता यह था की वह एक नाव में बैठकर नदी के रास्ते उस गांव तक पहुंच जाए जिसमें केवल 20 मिनट ही लगते।

तो अपना टाइम बचाने के लिए उसने उस नाव के जरिए गांव तक पहुंचने का फैसला किया। वह नांव बहुत छोटी सी थी, जिसमें एक तरफ वह आदमी बैठा था जो नांव चला रहा था और दूसरी तरफ वह बिजनेसमैन बैठा था।

नांव मैं बैठने के थोड़ी देर बाद उस बिजनेसमैन ने नांव वाले से पूछा — “तुझे पता है तेरी नांव में कौन बैठा है? तो नांव वाले ने बड़े भोलेपन से कहा — “नहीं साहब मैं नहीं जानता। ”

तब बिजनेसमैन ने कहा — “अरे तू अखबार नहीं पड़ता है क्या? मेरी फोटो हर दूसरे-तीसरे दिन अखबार में छपती है।” तो नांव वाले ने कहा — “अरे साहब मुझे पढ़ना लिखना नहीं आता है। मैं बहुत छोटा सा था, जब मेरे पिताजी गुज़र गए थे औरअपने परिवार का ध्यान रखने के लिए मैं बचपन से ही काम में लग गया। इसलिए मेरा स्कूल बचपन में ही छूट गया था।”

यह सुनकर उस बिजनेसमैन ने नांव वाले का मजाक उड़ाते हुए कहा — “तुझे पढ़ना लिखना भी नहीं आता है। ऐसी जिंदगी का क्या फायदा।” यह सुनकर उस नांव वाले को बुरा तो लगा, लेकिन उसने कुछ नहीं कहा।

थोड़ी देर बाद वह बिजनेसमैन उस नांव वाले से बोला — “अभी कुछ दिन बाद, यह जो तू सामने जमीन देख रहा है ना, वहाँ मेरी एक बड़ी सी फैक्ट्री लगेगी जहां पर हम मिनरल वाटर की बॉटल्स बनाएंगे।

उस नांव वाले को बात समझ नहीं आई। उसने कहा किस चीज की फैक्ट्री? तो बिजनेसमैन ने बड़े इरिटेट होकर उससे कहा की — वहाँ पानी की बोतलें बनेंगी, जो तेरे गांव में नहीं बिकती लेकिन शहरों में बहुत बिकती है।

तब नांव वाले ने कहा — अरे साहब मुझे कहां पता होगा। मैने तो कभी इस गांव से बाहर निकला ही नहीं। फिर बिजनेसमैन ने उसके ऊपर हंसते हुए बोला — तू कभी इस गांव से बाहर तक नहीं गया। तुझे पता ही नहीं की शहर क्या होता है। ऐसी जिंदगी का क्या फायदा।

उसकी बात सुनकर नांव वाले को सच में यह लगने लगा कि उसकी जिंदगी किसी काम की नहीं है। यह सोचते हुए उसकी नांव पर से से ध्यान हटी और नांव की एक बड़े से पत्थर से टक्कर हो गई। जिसकी वजह से नांव में पानी भरने लगा और नांव डूबने लगा।

उस जगह पर पानी बहुत ही गहरा था और किनारा बहुत दूर था। नांव वाले को समझ आ गया कि अब इस नांव को बचाने का कोई तरीका नहीं है।

फिर वह अपनी जान बचाने के लिए नदी में छलांग लगाने ही वाला था, तभी उसने बिजनेसमैन ने पूछा — आपको तैरना तो आता है ना ? तो बिजनेसमैन ने घबराकर पूछा — ऐसा क्यों पूछ रहे हो? मुझे तैरना नहीं आता है।

उसकी यह बात सुनकर नांव वाले को हंसी आ गई और बोलै — साहब आपको तैरना तक नहीं आता। ऐसी जिंदगी का क्या फायदा।

यह सुनकर उस बिजनेसमैन को अपनी गलती का एहसास हुआऔर हाथ जोड़कर उसने नांव वाले से कहा — तुम जो मांगोगे मैं तुम्हें वह दूंगा, बस मेरी जान बचा लो। तो उस नांव वाले ने कहा — अरे साहब घबराओ नहीं। मुझे सिर्फ तैरना ही नहीं आता है, बल्कि डूबते हुए लोगों को बचाना भी आता है।

आप मुझे कसकर पकड़ लो। मैं आपको कुछ नहीं होने दूंगा और फिर उस नांव वाले ने न सिर्फ अपनी, बल्कि उस बिजनेसमैन की भी जान बचाई।

तो हमें इस कहानी से एक बहुत बड़ी सीख मिलती है कि जिंदगी में कभी किसी की मजाक नहीं उड़ानी चाहिए या अपने से कम नहीं समझना चाहिए, क्योंकि हमें नहीं पता की कब, कहाँ और कैसे किसकी जरूरत पड़ जाए।

A Businessman and a Boatman

Once a big businessman visits a small village. He aims to set up a big factory in that village. He reaches a place where there is a river in front of him and in front of that river is a village.

Now he has two options – the first is to travel by road to reach the village, which will take about 10 hours as there is no direct route to reach there. The other way was to board a boat and reach the village through the river, which would take only 20 minutes.

So to save his time he decided to reach the village through that boat. That boat was very small, on one side was the man who was rowing the boat, and on the other side was the businessman.

The man with that name did not understand. He said factory of what? So the businessman got very irritated and told him that water bottles would be made there, which are not sold in your village but are sold a lot in cities.

Then the boatman said – Hey sir, how would I know? I never came out of this village. Then the businessman laughed at him and said – You have never even gone out of this village. You don't even know what a city is. What is the use of such a life?

After listening to him, the boatman started feeling that his life was of no use. While thinking this, he lost his attention on the boat and the boat collided with a big stone. Due to this, the boat started filling with water and the boat started sinking.

The water at that place was very deep and the shore was very far. The boatman understood that now there was no way to save the boat.

Then he was about to jump into the river to save his life when the businessman asked – Do you know how to swim, right? So the businessman got nervous and asked – Why are you asking this? I don't know how to swim.

Hearing this, the boatman laughed and said - Sir, you don't even know how to swim. What is the use of such a life?

Hearing this, the businessman realized his mistake and with folded hands, he said to the boatman - I will give you whatever you ask for, just save my life. So the man with the name said – Hey sir, don't be afraid. I not only know how to swim but also know how to save people who are drowning.

You hold me tight. I will not let anything happen to you and then that boatman not only saved his life but also that businessman's life.

So we learn a big lesson from this story we should never make fun of anyone in life or consider ourselves less than ourselves because we do not know when, where, and how we may need someone.

एक छोटी बच्ची की कहानी 

एक बार एक छोटी सी बच्ची हाथ में मिट्टी की गुल्लक लिए भागती हुई एक दवाई की दुकान पर गई। वह काफी देर तक वहां पर खड़ी रही,लेकिन दुकानदार का ध्यान उस पर नहीं गया क्योंकि वहां पर काफी भीड़ थी।

उसने दुकानदार को कई बार बुलाया लेकिन दुकानदार का ध्यान उस पर नहीं गया क्योंकि वहां पर भीड़ बहुत थी। फिर इस बच्ची को गुस्सा आयाऔर अपने मिट्टी की गुल्लक को वहीं काउंटर पर जोर से रख दिया।

इसके बाद दुकानदार और वहां पर खड़े सभी लोग उसे बच्ची की तरफ देखने लगे। दुकानदार ने उसे बच्ची से पूछा की बेटे आपको क्या चाहिए? तो वह बड़े ही भोलेपन से बोली — “मुझे एक चमत्कार चाहिए।”

यह सुनकर दुकानदार को कुछ समझ में नहीं आया और ना ही वहां पर खड़े लोगों को कुछ समझ में आया। सभी उसकी तरफ देखने लगे। फिर दुकानदार ने उससे कहा की बेटे चमत्कार तो यहां पर नहीं मिलता है। तो बच्ची को लगा कि वह उसे झूठ बोल रहा है।

उसने कहा कि मेरे गुल्लक में बहुत पैसे हैं। बताओ आपको कितने पैसे चाहिए। मैं आज यहां से चमत्कार लेकर ही जाऊंगी। तभी काउंटर पर खड़े एक आदमी ने उससे पूछा की बेटी क्यों चाहिए तुमको चमत्कार?

तब उसे बच्ची ने अपनी कहानी बताई — अभी कुछ दिन पहले मेरे भाई के सर में बहुत तेज दर्द हुआ। मेरे पापा-मम्मी उसको हॉस्पिटल ले गए। उसके बाद कई दिन तक मेरा भाई घर नहीं आया।

मैंने बहुत बार अपने पापा से पूछा लेकिन उन्होंने मुझे कुछ नहीं बताया। वो बार-बार यही बोलते रहे कि वह कल आ जाएगा। लेकिन वह अभी तक घर नहीं आया है। तभी मैंने देखा की मम्मी रो रही थी और पापा उनसे कह रहे थे कि हमारे बेटे के इलाज और दवाइयों के लिए जितने पैसे चाहिए उतने पैसे मेरे पास नहीं है।

अब उसको कोई चमत्कार ही बचा सकता है। तब मुझे लगा कि मेरे पापा के पास अगर पैसे नहीं भी हैं तो क्या हुआ, मेरे पास तो है। इसलिए मैंने जितने भी पैसे जोड़ रखे थे वह सारे पैसे लेकर मैं इस दवाई की दुकान पर आई हूं ताकि चमत्कार खरीद सकूं।

फिर उस आदमी ने बच्ची से पूछा कि कितने पैसे हैं तुम्हारे पास? यह सुनते ही बच्ची ने गुल्लक उठाई और जमीन पर पटक कर उसे फोड़ दिया और पैसे गिनने लग गई। वहां पर खड़े सभी लोग उसे देख रहे थे।

थोड़ी देर बाद उसने सारे पैसे इकट्ठे किए और बोली — मेरे पास पूरे ₹19 हैं। वो जो आदमी वहां पर खड़ा था वह थोड़ा सा मुस्कुराया और बोला की — “अरे तुम्हारे पास तो पूरे पैसे हैं। इतने का ही तो आता है चमत्कार।” यह सुनकर वह बच्ची बहुत खुश हो गई और बोली चलो मैं आपको अपने पापा से मिलवाती हूं।

बाद में पता लगा कि वह आदमी कोई आम आदमी नहीं था। बल्कि एक बहुत बड़ा न्यूरो सर्जन था और उसने सिर्फ 19 रुपए में उसके भाई की सर्जरी कर दी। उसका भाई कुछ दिन बाद ठीक हो करके घर वापस आ गया।

फिर कुछ दिन बाद वह बच्ची, उसका भाई,उसके पापा और मम्मी चारों एक साथ बैठे हुए थे और बात कर रहे थे। तभी उसकी मम्मी ने उसके पापा से पूछा कि अब तो बता दो यह चमत्कार आपने किया कैसे। तब उन्होंने अपनी बेटी की तरफ देख कर कहा — चमत्कार मैं नहीं, इसने किया है।

तो यहां पर एक बहुत बड़ी सबक है, जो हम उस छोटी सी बच्ची से सीख सकते हैं। जिंदगी में कभी-कभी ऐसा होता है कि हमको कोई रास्ता नजर नहीं आ रहा होता है और हम लोग हिम्मत हार जाते हैं। तब हमारे अंदर एक बच्चा होता है जो कोशिश करने से कभी पीछे नहीं हटता है। वह हार मानने को तैयार ही नहीं होता है क्योंकि उसको “ना” शब्द समझ नहीं आता है। वह बच्चा जिसके लिए कुछ भी नामुमकिन नहीं है कि क्योंकि वह हर हाल में कोशिश करता ही रहता है।

Story of a Little Girl

Once a little girl ran to a medicine shop with a clay piggy bank in her hand. She stood there for a long time, but the shopkeeper did not pay attention to her because there was a huge crowd there.

Then the man asked the girl, how much money do you have? On hearing this, the girl picked up the piggy bank, threw it on the ground, broke it, and started counting the money. Everyone standing there was looking at him.

After some time she collected all the money and said – I have the entire ₹19. The man who was standing there smiled a little and said – “Hey, you have all the money. Miracles come only for this much.” Hearing this, the girl became very happy and said, let me introduce you to my father.

Later it was found out that the man was not a common man. He was a great neurosurgeon and he performed his brother's surgery for just Rs 19. His brother recovered after a few days and returned home.

Then a few days later, the girl, her brother, her father, and her mother were sitting together and talking. Then his mother asked his father, now tell me how you did this miracle. Then he looked at his daughter and said – It is not I who has done the miracle, it has been done by her.

So there is a great lesson here that we can learn from that little girl. Sometimes it happens in life that we cannot see any way out and we lose courage. Then there is a child inside us who never shies away from trying. He is not ready to accept defeat because he does not understand the word “no”. That child for whom nothing is impossible because he keeps trying in every situation.
